A. CAPITAL MARKETS
Our firm has and will continue to advise companies seeking to be listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange on how best to take advantage of the ever-changing legal requirements of the Securities Exchange Commission. We will also continue to offer already-listed company’s assistance with regulatory compliance and the filing of respectively required documentation.
The firm assisted in the negotiating the public offerings of Ikeja Hotels, Capital Hotel and Tourist Company of Nigeria .
B. MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS
The firm was involved in negotiating the acquisition of Capital Hotel by Ikeja Hotels PLC at the cost of $34 million. Similarly the acquisition of Federal Palace Hotels from the Federal Government at the cost of $50 million was also facilitated by the Firm.
C. BANKING AND FINANCE
The firm was involved in an unprecedented consortium with thirteen banks in raising a $34 million loan for Ikeja Hotel. The firm has also been involved in negotiating the restructuring of various Hotel and Tourism clients to the tune of over N 5billion.
D. REAL ESTATE
The firm manages over 231 hectares of vacant and developed land in Lagos State and over 800 hectares of agricultural land in Delta State . The firm also manages about 18 hectares of vacant and developed land in the FCT.
